Does anyone know of any decent spot creams which reduce redness and swelling, dry out the spot and get rid of quickly and efficiently!?!

Try Clinique's Turnaround Masque. It's a bit expensive (about £16 for a tub of it) but it does last and it works brilliantly. Don't worry that it's packaged for women - my hubby uses it! Just put a small blob on overnight and by the morning the redness will have gone down and the spot will be nearly gone.

there is a gel called Freederm you can buy from Boots etc..over the counter & it costs around £8 but is very good at zapping spots! x

I use tea zone spot zapper and find it usually works it cost about £3 from supermarkets and chemists
