a parallel universe is a universe similar to our universe. each person living in "our" universe has his/her own "clone" existing in that parallel universe. do u think this kind of parallel universe exist? why or why not?

In theory, yes. We already have a theory of and some say fact in a parallel universe and that is the concept of heaven and hell. Both parallel universes, or perhaps one in the same. Parallel existence in spiritual form. Physicists are theorizing now that there may be far more than just two dimensions. Prof. Stephen Hawking theorizes that here could be as many as 64. M theory pertains to the basis of every particle is a little string of energy. It is this little string of energy and its behaviour in relation to gravity that have physicists intrigued.
It is believed that gravity is an incomplete energy. Being incomplete, some of it spills out and is lost somewhere. This relationship is established by magnetic energy being able to overcome gravity so easily. It is where this lost gravity goes that has scientists so intrigued in parallel dimensions.
For instance, Black Holes have such intense gravitational fields that they can bend and absorb light, yet magnetic fields can overcome gravity quite easily. Where does the gravity or gravitons go? The same goes for quantum physics, where does the light go? It isn't absorbed or cancelled out. It is believed it may spill over into other dimensions.

Many believe there is, but no one has proved it. Why or why not, is not a question you can ask about something not believed to be true. There is no proof it even exists, so this would be like asking why the UFOs don't land in New York City. Its a question neither logical or viable in context. Just because you can't see something, doesn't prove it doesn't exist, but we would see the results of it. A parallel universe does not exist as we know it, because we would see some sort of result or proof that it does. Vibrate? I'll tell you about vibrate. Check out an earthquake, now there is a vibration. There is no proof there is, and no proof there isn't, so how can something exist without some sort of proof?

According to superstring theory, there are between 10 and 26 other universes, two of which may have collided to form our own.

I think the idea of clones is far fetched, and belongs in the realms of fantasy. There are too many variables, from the beginning of the universe to the asteroid hitting 50 million years ago wiping out the dinosaurs, to the rise of the Homo Sapiens for it to be anything remotely like our own.

It makes for great stories, though.

Your cells are not vibrating.

That said, who knows? We can't in theory test an idea about parallel universes, since they would lie outside our own and have no interaction (or they wouldn't be parallel). So it's possible, but to have an exact duplicate? So extrondarily unlikely that it's impossible to even imagine a number that big.

Hm, interesting one. I suspect that science will indicate strongly that there are many parallel universes but out of this theory will also pop out the fact that the energy necessary to "transend" between universes will be absolutely huge so the question may in the end be irrelevant.

I believe there's a parallel universe..as for why, well..there are still a lot of unknown mysteries out there, you'll never know..It'll be kinda selfish to think that we're the one exist in the WHOLE universes, don't you think?
I believe nothing is IMPOSSIBLE.

If the universe is everything, then there can only be one. I think it does have at least one part that is separated, yet connected.

Mass bends space, creating gravity. You get enough mass and you get a black hole. Add more mass and space is no longer just bent, you've poked a hole into it, to the other side.

Yeah, our science is not strong enough yet to disprove it so it is possible.

The cells in our bodies vibrate at a certain level and we see and understand things that our body will allow us to at this vibration.

if they were to vibrate at differant levels, we would see different things and not the things we see now.

A parallel universe could exist on a differant plane of vibration

Meditation is a way of controlling the bodies vibrational level and allows people who master it to see and understand new things

No!!
Parallel universes would have to be connected by space, but then it would be the same universe.
If there is no space connection it would have no relevance to our universe!

Not in that context no....however within many multidimentional realities yes, many exist in my opinion. I do believe we have been 'everything' and I do believe these realities do exist yes only because through channelling I experience these shifts of reality. Call them what you will, they exist as reality for me.
