The description you gave is very vague, and could fit many DOMESTICATED snakes, but very rarely would that description fit any wild snake, not in North America, anyway. The only venomous snake in North America which has bright colors is the Coral Snake, but Coral Snakes are not "lemon, pink, and cream", but black, red, and yellow. What you have described is apparently an albino snake of some sort,, and albino snakes are actually very rare in the wild because their coloring makes them clearly visable to both predators and their prey. Coral Snakes are very secretive snakes and spend much of their lives burrowing or hidden underneath rocks, old logs and rotting vegetation. Even people who live where they are common, and who actually go out and LOOK for snakes, such as myself, often will spend a lifetime without ever seeing a Coral Snake in the wild. Coral Snakes certainly do not approach people, and you would be very, very unlikely to see one "every time you go to the farm".
NO snake is "poisonous", by the way, since a poison is technically a toxic substance that must be eaten, inhaled or otherwise swallowed for it to hurt you. Animals such as Coral Snakes and Black Widow spiders produce VENOM, which is a biological product that is injected into another animal, for the purpose of either killing or immobilizing it to be eaten, and often beginning the digestive process. You can eat any snake without being harmed yourself.

Sounds like some sort of albino kingsnake. Kingsnakes are perfectly harmless, by the way. Some snakes look dangerous but aren't, because it protects them from predators - for instance, milksnakes look like coral snakes, but they're not venemous at all.

It's almost impossible to tell with such a vague description. A picture would help. But there are far more snakes that are harmless than poisonous.
