hope that someone nearby has an unsecured connection?!!

either that or a 3g data card but thats probably more expensive (and slower) than having a landline and broadband service

1. Reliance
2. Tata Indicom
3. Airtel

It depends on where u stay, the nearest SP will be beneficial...
