I believe you mean "Premature Ejaculation". This is common among first-timers or inexperienced adult males. Anxiety about the sex act may also cause it.
Advise: spend more time during foreplay. Let you and your spouse become fully aroused and the female is well lubricated in the vagina before penetration. (I am talking here about heterosexual intercourse). During coitus, you can actually control a premature ejaculation by stopping/withdrawing intermittently to stroke around the glans penis gently. Then resume again.
You will gain control over this with experience. Also make sure your mind is free of stress.

practice, foreplay, age.....try to find another partner... somebody that is not so lovely to you... you can avoid it.......
