i know that hm for surf is in the safari zone but can you tell me wich way i should go to find the hm for surf

There are actually a couple of different ways to find the HM for Surf in the Safari Zone--there's no one way to go about it. The best way is to follow the signs in the Safari Zone that lead you to the Secret House, but there's just the one sign actually outside the House itself.

Here's what to do: the Secret House is past Area 3 in Safari Zone, When you enter the Safari Zone, proceed to the right and enter Zone 2, then follow that until you can't go any farther north, then back to the west. This path is fairly linear even though there are wide open spaces--just avoid any paths to the South for the time being. They will take you back to Zone 1 and the lake that you see when you first enter. If you can find the sign that advertises for the Warden's missing teeth (in Zone 3, and his teeth are just a few steps south in a Pokeball) proceed to the West and North and you should eventually encounter the Secret House.

You should be able to make it in about 450-500 steps on average. If you wanted to make a straight line for it, you could probably do it in less than 400 steps. Once you find the HM, make sure you beat Koga in the Fuschia City gym so that you can use Surf outside of battle.
