I have twin nieces whom are both excellent artists. (20 years old). Would like to send some of their work out to help them get started in their career. They mostly do cartoons, but this picture I have of Gene Kelly in the movie "On the Town" is excellent. Would like to submit it somewhere. Any ideas?

theres a great website to display your artwork and it does have contest some are to win a trip to france, new york and others right now there isn't a contest going on but you can still post their work to they can be out there to the public as visual artist
