can somebody give me format of experince certificate for the person who spend 8 yrs in aorganisation?

its always better to have a customized standard format while u give out the experience certificate, it must be really professional, y dont u search the internet for sample's or templates of work experience?
am sure u can fine some, but use it only to get some idea of what it looks like if u have never seen one.
