Aw bless you... It sounds like your friend lived to a ripe old age with no or little conditions or diseases... but if he/she had a good life thats all that matters...
I had a friend who died from sds (sudden death syndrome) at the age of 5... no reasons and no conditions just a mystery...
My thoughts and prayers are with you...

No. Not for the person dying anyway. Obviously depends on the age but if they've had a long life, lived to the full, its much better than having an illness and slow, painful death and knowing your going to die.
The only downside is that it is more of a shock for family left behind, but I think you could take comfort in knowing that they had been fine up until the point of death.

If it is your time then it's your time. I think we would all like to think we will make it to a mature age and by that I mean a healthy active 90 year old!! Rare I know but I can dream, but the chances are that we wont, so yes better to just drop or die in your sleep than suffer a degenerative disease I think.

depends what you're doing at the time and whether you managed to finish doing it, would be really annoying to drop dead with just a couple of jigsaw pieces to fit into a 1000 peice puzzle, or worse on the job, nearly there but never finish.... I'd hate that.

I am a firm believer that when its your time to go...when god calls your number...ect. I think that its a nice way to go. No pain, suffering just leave the earth quickly.
Course,I would think that 2 days before the doctor examined him, he would give him more of a "stiff as a bored" review!

define no longer having the right training. I moved out of my mum and dad residing house at eighteen through way my mom dealt with me. I basically had a intense college degree. Yeah it replaced into stressful, yeah I had to truly decrease corners financially. however the toughest area replaced into making a option to no longer have my very own mom in touch in my existence in any respect. From what you're saying, she is making an attempt her ultimate to drag all of you lower back from fulfillment of any variety. the actual question is why you have allowed it to bypass so far? Are you allowed to hold jobs? you're saying that each and everyone of you're very mature on your a while, yet permitting her to administration that numerous your existence does not somewhat teach it. you are able to desire to commence looking out on your individual self. protecting her happy is only hurting you. regrettably coping with this suggests issues will in all probability be very uncomfortable for a whilst between you and her. My opinion for a place to commence is all 3 of you like jobs. then you quite would desire to discover a distinctive place to stay. as quickly as you're out from below her you are able to concentration on training, and shifting forward along with your existence. do only no longer assume this to be person-friendly. coping with mothers in no way is.
