i'm thinking of opening up a little 18 room bed and breakfast. problem is, i'm supposed to throw a pitch to some potential shareholders and i really want to sell this to them. how can i convince them that i can make money from this business?

make a comprehensive business/marketing plan.. dont forget to include of course the expected profit of the business.. and show to the the financual ratios.

Well would you invest a lot of money in you, and be sure to make a profit?

Do you yourself 'know' that it will create a profit? If you can prove that there will be a profit even in a worst case scenario, then you will get investors.
