I have a long flight coming up, and I usually take ativan when i fly for my nerves. What is safe to take short-term during pregnancy, Im 7 months along.

Talk to your doctor, don't try any Anxiety drugs without a consult.

It's not worth the risk.

Hi there. As with any medication, when you are pregnant it is essential to talk to your OB/GYN before taking anything. It is better to be safe than sorry. Maybe there are some natural alternatives to the ativan. That would be something to check into but even in that case, check it out with your doctor.

Airlines will not usually even let you fly when you're that far along, especially on a long flight!

better to ask a professional... your OB would be a good bet! don't ask the "yahoo's" on here!
