My FF7 is scratched to the point where it cant get buffered and work.....trust me ive tried...i really need a copy ofit i was almost done too.

Try calling game stores near you. Ever now and then a few copies pop up in circuit city (newest) but your better bet would be at gamestop to get a used copy. They offer a guarantee, so if your game doesn't work you can always trade it back or get your money back.
