I am only concerned about things that are in my control or where I may have an impact. If I am expecting a financially close month I will get somewhat worried and then I try to remember when things were much worse, which eases the burden or illusion of failure. I really frown on personal miscues because I tend to be extremely hard on myself when I make a mistake which has long term consequences. I addressed my mid-life crisis years with the attitude that I can and will do it alone if need be. But I wouldn't call it giving up or worrying about the outcome. I think it may be easier to worry when you have somebody to answer to.

all the people worry a lot as far as they live with other people and they have to be participated with each other in this world , the people who are more into the society worry more that the people who are not outgoing at all , its just because they are involved more in work , relationships , succession and failure , competing , thinking , wondering ,etc etc , and when they gain a goal which they worked a lot for, their worries decreases JUST for a while and it starts again , this is how world is , and we all try to deal with it!!

Yes, all the time. I'm currently worried about my children, money, health issues and going back to work this afternoon.
Tomorrow I'll probably have something else to add to my list of worries.

No. One way or another, things have a way of working themselves out. Nothing really gets gained by adding worry to it.

I worry about everything that you can possibly think off and some things that you cannot.

Unfortunately yes.. And even worse, it's usually right when I am trying to fall asleep. Then I don't have a very restful sleep.
I have been learning how to 'turn it off' though.... and having success with that. Sometimes it's easier said than done though.

No, why do you ask?
has someone said that I do?
have they been talking behind my back?
I hope they haven't been...oh but see now I'm thinking what if they have.... what if everyone is.....
now I don't know what to do..... I'm so worried just in case it turns out to be true, how could I every go out in public again knowing everyone has been talking about me!!!!!!!!
