My guess is either you have a virus or spy ware interfering with your programs or you need to delete some of your temporary files. When they build up, your computer doesn't run well. You don't need to have someone come in at this point to look at it. Try deleting the temp files first, then buy a good virus scanner.

your PC is a bit crappy & cant support this program very well or you have a bigger problem that needs pc doctor to come & have a look also check for virus's

your computer has low ram or if it happens with ie it's b'coz of toolbars that have been added by you.
