Well, I don't know, but if I thought it were so, I would believe it, so to answer your question, I suppose so, however, Einstein once said: " If you know what you do not know, and you know that you do not know it, then you consequently, do not know it". There is a fine line between knowing too much, and not knowing enough, so I would just play it safe, and let it go at that.
P.S. Einstein probably did not say that, and I just made it up, probably.

well...in theory, you would think yes. If you asked me if I knew about the formation of stars in the sky and how they relate to each individual star sign, I know I don't know it, but 30 seconds before you asked I really didn't realise I didn't know it. lol. Depends if you give it thought. So, technically, the answer would be yes and no. You can know what you don't know, but if you have never given thought to every little thing you don't know, then you don't really realise you don't know everything you don't know. make sense?

I don't know the things I'm gonna learn and I've forgotten the things I've learnt already.
What I dont know are the things that I've never heard of or imagined.
Then again I can know of the existance of things and not understand them.
