I'd go for the banana's with chocolate syrup!!!!!!!
But then again I'd put the whipped cream on that as well.

I'd say go with your initial instinct and throw some whipped cream on there. Eat it quicker than it would take to melt though is all.
Why: Banana and a second dose of chocolate wouldn't go as well with a cookie as whipped cream would. Going with whipped cream would keep things more simple and not detract from the cookiness of the snack.

banana slices and choco syrup is better than whipped cream, but chocolate chip cookies are sooooo good with nothing on them, why change that?

Yes, but before you put the banana slices on the cookies bathe the slices in orange juice so they won't turn black on you.
