Both connected & everything OK, but only one of the wireless lan is really working & the other works only when I disconnects the first one, any program or a way in mixing them together to work in the same time, increasing internet speed!!

You can make a "bridge" with the second one.
And then both will be in the same network and internet connection.

You can also force the second wireless to operate in a different channel than the first one (protocol 802.11b has 13 channels), so you will have 2 wireless networks completely independent from each other.

Forget about them both being wireless. Most OS's don't want to simultaneously connect to two wireless networks. What you need is a Wireless access point connected to a network load balancing router connected to two broadband modems.

The network load balancing will need to be configured to use both connections.

This can lead to all sorts of problems though because you have two IP addresses on the internet, this means many devices won't trust you because they think you are up to mischief.
