My best friend has been "with" this guy for YEARS and he will not commit! They have one child together. He is a trucker and is gone A LOT.
He comes and goes. Breaks her heart and then kisses her better. Promises her things and then totally backs out of them.
He won't give her oral pleasure, but she does this for him. She's HUGE sized, and ugly, but he stays "with" her.
It's been off and on for years.
What could be the problem?
Oh, and he's divorced. Didn't have kids with the ex wife.

I can't tell her to dump him. Been there, done that, does no good. She only gets FURIOUS. She extremely stubborn and blind-sighted.
I just can't figure out why he's coming around. And why he came around in the first place.
He didn't care about his baby. I was there for the ultrasound to determine the sex. I was there for the birth (helped). I've been there through it all, and this guy still won't marry her. Both his ears are pierced, he doesn't really believe in God (she does), and he seems to be the wimpy, nerdy, feminine type of guy who's still tied with the apron strings to his mother. And he's almost 40!!

Your friend just creates negativity in your life, you've done your part and she will never change her mind. You should leave her alone and make friends with more intelligent people.

He has other women in the other places he goes to. Like having a bunch of F uck buddies in every state. Who knows one for everyday of the week.
He's not really staying with her.... because he's not always there and there is no commitment. Maybe he stays cause of the child.
I feel sorry for your friend. she should build up her self confidence and get rid of him.
But then again who am I or who are we to judge. maybe that's the way your friend wants it too. Did you ever ask her?
The truth is that, some things are better left un-said.

Well he may be gay and also may not be .some people just don't like thhe idea of oral sex, maybe there is something else that is wrong he may just not want to commit.i dated a guy who i found out was gay after 9mths into d relationship,so it is possible, but the difference in ur friend's guy is that he hurts her.normally they would do anything to keep u coz they want you and whoever it is dat is the other guy, so i can't tell exactly.I think she should try to find out coz that was what i did coz they will never tell u.if he is hlep her dump him .that is what i did

Maybe the only reason why he is staying is because of their child. Who knows how mens minds work!

Stupid girl :( she is doing everything for him and since he sees that he can always go to her because she always takes him back no matter what. He probably thinks what the point of committing. she is going to take me back and be with me either way. he is using her.

if she cannot realize the real situation and keeps admitting this kind of behavior, then the problem is your best friend that allows it to happen. try to "wake her up" and be there for her because she is gonna need you
