Honestly I haven't got patience for team work !

Not really...
In teamwork, everyone is supposed to be equal in making the decisions etc... But if you notice, theres always a "natural leader" - nobody chooses him/her - it just happens.
I hate teamwork - I'm NOT a natural leader...

What I know about teamwork is that it exercises and stretches your relationship with others especially when you need a helping hand...

I believe in teamwork. You get things done faster, and it helps you to get along with others.
