Forgot to mention my fav carol is"Away in a manger"
I love hearing the children sing it in the school christmas play.

And i would say my fav christmas song is "Santa bring my baby back to me"

'grandma got run-over by a reindeer' - i think it was by the Irish Rovers. the lyrics are as follows:
grandma got run over by a reindeer
walking back from our house xmas eve
u might say there's no such thing as santa
but as for me and grandpa we believe (< that bit is the chorus)
she'd been drinking too much eggnog
and we'd begged her not to go
but she'd left her medication
so she stumbled out into the snow
when they found her xmas morning
at the scene of the attack
there were hoof prints on her forehead
and incriminating claus marks on her back
CHORUS
now we're all so proud of grandpa
he's been taking this so well
see him there watching football
drinking beer and playing cards with cousin Belle
it's not xmas without grandma
all the family's dressed in black
and we just can't help but wonder
should we open up her gifts or send them back
CHORUS
now the goose is on the table
and the pudding made of fig
and a blue and silver candle
the would just have matched the hair in grandma's wig
i've warned all my friends and neighbours
u'd better watch out for yourselves
they should never give a license
to a man who drives a sleigh and plays with elves !!!
i always end up in fits of laughter every time i hear it. u have to hear it to appreciate just how funny it is.... as for the more traditional tunes, i like silent night - it reminds me of my childhood Christmases.

I guess you are wanting a christmas song from an animated movie since this is the comics and animation heading so how about... Kindnap Mr. Sandy Claws from Nightmare Before Christmas. That is a great movie and a very funny song.

I love it when you are shopping at Christmas and all the shops have the Christmas CD's on............
All the classics, Slade, Kim Wilde, David Bowie, I even love some of the newer songs - Mariah Carey, All I want for Christmas,
I think it's safe to say I just love Christmas full stop!!

I love "Driving Home for Christmas". I used to live a bit away from home and would normally drive home on Christmas Eve and that song was always on the radio. Even though I am now living nearer my home town I still love to hear that song. It gives me the christmassy feeling.

I used to love Little Donkey when I was at school!!
With regards to songs, it's got to be Do They Know It's Christmas and Last Christmas (Wham!) and the Pogues one.
No reason - just make me feel Christmassy!!
