Neither. It's like comparing politicians in that it's a choice between two folks who aren't your ideal choice ANYWAY. But if forced to make a decision, I'd say Justin. Eminem's too.... a lot of things for me to consider him even remotely hot.

what? this is like comparing a skunk to a raccoon. i dont like either but Id have to say Justin. cuz at one time he did have really cool songs...Eminem was never good and i hate rap. Justin is better looking even though he looks like hes on crack. Eminem is just idk ugly.
