We can stop terrorism.
Dispose of the secret services. The CIA/MI6/Mossad/ISI were between them responsible for 9/11, 7/7, Madrid train bombing, Bali bombing, Mumbai train bombing, Lockerbie air disaster, and many others - all blamed on Arabs or Muslims in order to keep people terrorised and prepared to give away their freedom in exchange for ill-perceived security.

Honour international treaties based on law, and have foriegn policy built on equity where both parties win, anything less causes rebellion, insurgence or terrorism. Terrorism is basically people who feel that they are not heard? not acknowledged or have been treated in an unethical manner according to human values. A cry for help!
The instigators are "the cause" of their own discrimination, so we must look at "the cause" not the solution, for when you clean up the cause the the solutions follow, no exceptions.
Expose the motivating factor behind the perpetrators, and that will tell you if they are the people for the job, given the evidence never lies of whos the cause!
Its not complicated and those that lack integrity or are motivated by shallow values such as greed or fear of non survival are responsible every single time, again no exceptions.
You clean those up, the planet follows ...Period, end of, Utopia occurs naturally and everybody wins.

We have to control State Terrorism by USA and Israel to stop other forms of terrorism.

There is no way to control terrorism.
You cannot control mad fanatics ready to die for their so called "crap cause".
The UN cannot fix it.
Politic cannot fix it.
Only one thing can fix it.
Give us back the old CIA of the sixties.
Those guys would have gone in there and would have ex-terminated every terrorist in the world without any civilian casualty.
As long as we play by the rules, the terrorists will win and will grow in numbers, encouraged by their success.
Even if we are succeeding at preventing terrorist attacks...
We are still losing...
Because it is costing us billions each year in security.
And it is the taxpayer who pays for it all.

Show terrorists that there is no selective "justice": Bring Penis Clinton, the Bullshit Father & Son, Tonica Blairinsky, Injustice Goldstone/Arbour/Kurva Del Ponte ect. to justice for their crimes. Once everyone is brought to justice for their crimes, everyone will understand that terror is bad and punishable.
