All my experience has taught me that...yes...sometimes my talk is cheap. I have just grown way more quiet as time goes by..recognized I rarely have great adivce. People..I think..just need someone to hear them..to understand their lives. So..not much into advice. I've made WAY too many poor choices to advise anybody.
