best advice I can give is go to your doctor. Mention your pain and cramping, he may order an ultrasound. As far as the morning sickness goes, it may just be the end of the sickness for you, or maybe you are having a day of no sickness. Best bet, go get checked out! During almost all of my pregnancies I had tugging and cramping and sometimes even bleeding.
I have never had an ectopic pregnancy, but from what I understand the only warning you get is when the fetus is too large to grow anymore in the tube, then its my understanding that the pain is severe.......I think you and your baby are probably okay.
Get to your doc if you are concerned, or a local ER if you experience the pain again or have bleeding. Better safe than sorry.
Good luck to you, I hope everything works out for you and your baby.

The same thing just happened to me! It's an awfu feeling. I had been VERY sick all day everyday, then a couple of days I felt great. I was scared! Then the morning sickness came back. It was a relief!! Also, the ligaments in your abdomen are stretching to accomodate a growing uterus. This causes some pain, mostly just discomfort. If the pain is bad or sharp, or does not subside with rest and elevating the feet for awhile, seek medical advice. Or, if you are still worried go for a check up. Even if they dont order an ultrasound, you will hear the heartbeat and put your mind at ease.

I had an ectopic pregnancy with no bleeding. My ob-gyn performed an operation. He had to "take" the baby. But, I'm no doctor...you should go to your doctor.

There dosen't have to be any bleeding with an ectopic pregnancy.
You definatly need to see your doctor. There could be other issues.
