I want to have a friends with benefits relationship with one of my friends who is also friends with my ex. We've had sex three times and he says he feels kind of guilty for it because he's friends with my ex. We both agreed not to tell anyone, so my ex would never find out. But do you think we should continue to do this, or should we just stop all together?

I don't care if my ex finds out, but he doesn't want my ex find out because they are somewhat friends.

I think you should do what you want. Keep your mouth shut to protect his interests, and then it will be up to him to keep his secret from his friend. Doesn't seem like a big deal to me. I definitely wouldn't listen to these other people on here.

You both agreed NOT to tell anyone about the sex but you've just told everyone on this site - what a betrayal of trust. However, I don't see any reason why you should stick out your neck for a relationship that has a dim future. Why can't you look for another guy that will love you for what you're. I myself do not like friends with benefits, I think it’s a waste of time. Why don’t you two just go out if you two are gonna be all over each other. Tell your dude not to hide something from his friend. if he were really his friend, he wouldn’t hide something like this from him. Your ex will get over you. He probably has.

are you not grown? why should you care what your ex thinks? if you are that ashamed maybe you do need to cut it out. hate for you to miss out on some good sex though

welll once your ex finds out and he will find out.... how angry will he be and do you or his friend care.... is it worth losing a friendship over? Only you two can decide this one
