Karaoke crowds are the best in the world because you know that everybody in the room is just after a good time and harmless fun!
My favourite songs to hear at Karaoke are the ones that everyone can enjoy singing along to, that aren't horrifically cheesy:
*These Boots Are Made For Walking ~Nancy Sinatra
*I Want To Break Free ~Queen
*One Way Or Another ~Blondie
*Faith ~George Michael
*That Ol' Devil Called Love ~Billie Holiday
*Sweet Child O' Mine ~Guns 'N' Roses
I love singing My Sharona by The Knack but it's got a minute long instrumental in the middle...
My Karaoke hates are disgustingly drunken or out of tune renditions of:
*My Way (unless it's the Sex Pistols version)
*Bohemian Rhapsody
*Any song out of ABBA's back catalogue
*I'm In The Mood For Dancing ~The Nolan Sisters (ARGH!!!)
*Eternal Flame ~The Bangles
*The Greatest Love Of All ~Whitney Houston (even sung well, that song just makes my flesh crawl!!!)
I'm off to my usual Karaoke haunt tonight - thanks for getting me in the mood for it! ...Now I just have to think of what I'd like to sing! Wohoo!

I think every woman,everywhere dives on to the dancefloor when they hear Gloria Gaynor and ' I will survive ', I bloody hate the song usually but try and hold me back when I'm pissed!!
