About 0.3 seconds.... I get pretty bad road rage... My parents and driving instructors taught me: "All other drivers on the road are idiots" - I think they may have a point!!!!
The only time I don't get annoyed is when I'm driving at 4 o'clock in the morning and there is nobody else on the road!!
I get annoyed by:
-People who don't indicate
-People who drive incessantly slowly
-Tractors, motorbikes, lorries etc...
-People who overtake me and then go slower than me
-People who speed up when I try to overtake
-People who take 10 minutes to just turn off a road
-People who take that one second too long to change from long-beam at night
-In general, every other driver!!!

If you are so annoyed with other drivers, why in the world did you issue them a drivers license ? I learned Live and let live, a long time ago. Some are a little slow in making their turns into an Island, but they are usually Seniors, gram pa may be driving, and can one really get annoyed with them, when we know someday we will be getting to be Seniors as well .

About 5mins! It doesn't take me long to begin my road rage! But I'm not old enough to drive where I am, but I know my mom can be an annoying driver...she irritates me, then I get annoyed at others!
