Sounds very very familiar to me. Please dont misunderstand me. I dont mean to hurt or insult you. I know someone very close who has made a hobby of being perpetually sad. Since you already realise you desire sadness in your life what I have to say will perhaps help you identify a few more things and lead a more positive life.You are only craving for attention. I think you are a low acheiver in the immediate circle of your family and friends. So basically to cover up your shortcomings you try to put up a pretence of terrible emotional turmoil. Moreover being always pathetic and depressed gets you concern and attention from others.

You sound like my sister, she can't live without it. If there is no reason for sadness for her, she creates something or finds something to be sad about, I wish I knew the answer. Enjoying the moment is soooooo much better! Why don't you try it. Have a Happy day!

May be your familiarity with sad moments are much more tahn happy moments. But as long as you are not unduly disturbed or affected by them, it is alright. In fact you must learn to handle both happy and miserable situations with a balanced mind. Not to get carried away by happy moments or successes and not to be crest fallen when some misfortune comes your way. Life is full of ups and downs for every person. By learning to treat them with composure, we can find peace.

contact a psychologist, join a friendly club and find something to do. you will die of heart attach before you know it , unless you get help quick.exercise and listen to your favourite music, instead of thinking about sadness, replace the sadness with all the positive things that ever happen in you life, if you always put negative thoughts in your mind, people will always tend to treat you as such and you will never be happy in your life. come on put a smile, think positive and cheer up, problems are part and parcel of human beings but we mostly tend to ignore them and replace them with something more cheerful. good luck

same here! I guess it's because life is not as much interesting without problems to solve. I hate routine and always "manage" to find some problems and then hurt my brains trying to solve them. Actually problems help me to stay in shape too - when I'm sad or trying to solve some problem I can't eat much so I'm always in shape : ). Try to look at this as fun!

You don't. We seem to get ourselves into a sad situation again and again and kep thinking about it, when we are depressed. You need to step out of the cycle. A visit to the psychiatrist may help you out greatly.

ur heart his broken by someone so badly, that ur heart has started liking sadness, that could be the reason. or it's just chaning time of ur lifecycle.
