I get all my strength from Great Healthy FOOD and EXERCISE [i.e. Love; Compassion; Walking the Path of Friendship; Glorious Music; Work; Saving Plenty of Room for Sharing; Avoidance of Fanaticism; Not Judging Others; Helping to Create a Happier Reality; Romantic/Passionate Encounters; Contemplations on the Human Experience; Playing with Numbers; Transdimensional Anomaly; Plenty of Wonderful Spring Water; and once in a while a few good steaks, potatoes, salads, fruits, and green tea. :-)]
