Side to side first then up and down.Also I brush my tongue and gums last. lol

First side to side to spread the paste around. Then I go up and down to get the plaque outa the gums. If I don't brush my tongue, my breath with smell like five-day old socks!

I brush it What ever motion which i think is right and clean my teeth and mouth..Direction doesnt matter if it cleans my mouth..
