I do believe that some dreams come true and that certain people have that gift but not all our dreams come true and honestly,i dont think this one is about to come true! Its probably something that you desire subconsciously. Not necessarily making out with a stranger but maybe dealing with situations when it seems impossible or overcoming the fear of been trapped or something like that!Hell if I know, thats just my opinion.Dont worry too much bout it,but as i said,i do believe that people are gifted with such visions.

Some, but very few people have that ability. For myself, things come to me in my wakened state but it works sporatically. A month or so ago I saw a woman standing waiting for a green light to cross the street. It flashed in my mind that a car would run the red light and hit her. I was right, but the car almost hit her. Kind of scarey sometimes. These anticipations that I get give me the chills sometimes when I forsee a tragedy of some sort.

To dream that the elevator is out of order or that it is not letting you off, symbolizes that your emotions have gotten out of control.
To dream about sex, refers to the psychological completion and the integration of contrasting aspects of the Self. You need to be more receptive and incorporate aspects of your dream sex partner into your own character. Alternatively and a more direct interpretation of the dream, may be your libido's way of telling you that it's been too long since you have had sex. It may indicate repressed sexual desires and your needs for physical and emotional love.
I have never known a dream that has come true. sorry to disappoint you.

In an elevator for 8 hours? Kissing? Making love? I think you would both be dead by then or scared stiff and wondering when you would be rescued.Keep dreaming.

I personally think that dreams don't come true, speaking from my personal experience of dreams. That doesn't mean that yours won't. My dreams seem to go the complete opposite.
