Is there anyone else out there, like me, tired of people asking dumb questions about celebrity sexuality, parenting skills, and all around bashing celebrities? If there is, can you tell me why your tired of it and why you think people do it??
I personally think people are just JEALOUS!

people are misunderstanding the question...the first few that have answered have done nothing except bash and/or make rude comments about the celebrities.
I don't want to hear how celebrities have no talent, make too much money, or anything else defaming. I just want to know if and why people are tired of celeb-bashing...

lately yes i am sick of hearing about it. i don't say i hate a celeb anymore because that is a really strong word and i don't even know them. i tend to say i dislike them for their music, or skeletal body, etc.
of course i would love to have all the money and free clothes and stuff that celebs get, however they are constantly picked apart - i couldn't deal with that.
so yes i am trying to back off of the bashing

I'm sure most of them were nice before they became famous ! but it looks like fame does more harm than good! i just don't like the fact that some people think that they are better than others!its just that there is a real world out there with real problems ! and most of these celebs are living in a make believe world ! where as the unfortunate have to sit on the sidelines and watch them flaunt there wealth and great lives ! so of course us little people are going to be jealous ! would you not like to have no worries? some people don't even know where there next plate of food is coming from ! and then you see all these celebs are doing all this bling bling thing they like to do so much ! i mean do they really need jewelry on there teeth or own property all over the world ! that's plain sick when there are children starving to death or half the African continent dying of aids because they don't have medication ! think about it !

You're right, I am jealous.
I'm jealous that certain people who our society labels 'famous' can act however they want, and people will look at them like the cute little puppy that just pee'd on the floor. Sure, you've got piss on the carpet, but damn that puppy is cute...ohhh, I can't stay mad at you!
I'm jealous that certain people in society can drink and drive, get caught, blame it on a 'lifelong battle', and that's the end of it. If it were me, well, I'd lose my driver's license, and as such I'd lose my job. Not to mention the respect of those around me.
And I'm jealous that a person with no real skills at life whatsoever can be lauded and showered in gifts at awards shows, while behind the theater, some family is trying to keep warm for the night. You see, cutbacks in government spending have moved them from social housing and getting the help they need to being homeless.
All because we think someone who can barely read the script he's given, or some girl who's family has more money than some small African countries, are worth spending our time, money, and emotions on.

the worldwide was once a extra valuable place with out this finished superstar subculture going on. you probably did not have the likes of Sky and residing television and actuality exhibits. It became into all sturdy previous shaped entainment, and human beings had skills (different than for Samantha Fox). Rehab wasn't somewhat heard of till somebody had a actual difficulty and there have been no gentle superstar gossip magazines. And it wasn't 'well-known' to be a single mum as those celebs seem to propose the reality which you would be able to have a toddler and nevertheless proceed to occasion. those wealthy childrens somewhat are a undesirable occasion to right this moment's impressionable teenage females.

Nah, I don't get tired of it....I just skip the questions that don't interest me as much as the others.
Why people do it??
I think you're right in saying people maybe jealous, that must be a part of it. (hey, I have been jealous once in a while, tho just in thinking how free I would feel if had a lot of money in the bank, so I wouldn't have to worry what happens to me when I'm old in a while. I wouldn't even touch the money now, it would be for "later", know what I mean?)
But I also think people are genuinely interested in where their fav celeb lives, what he/she does in daily live, where do they shop....stuff like that.
I don't think there's anything scary in that, as long as people who ARE interested in such things only search for the answers on the Internet.
I DO think it's very scary when they start following their fav.celeb, in their private lives, I mean.....eeeeck. (being a celeb doesn't mean you aren't entitled to a private life!!!!!)

I'm tired of all the things you are and fully agree that it's mostly due to others being jealous of the fame they don't have. However, there are a select few who have earned every single bad word said about them, Paris Hilton, Tom Cruise, Michael Douglas (Who recently stated that adopted children are nothing more than breathing abortions!) Lindsey Lohan, Oprah Winfrey, Steven Seagal, Woody Allen. They deserve everything and more!

Of course I'm tired of it, simply because I have my own life to worry about.. yet celebrity bashing is soooo very addictive... If it wasn't than shows like "Extra" wouldn't be on television SEVEN days a WEEK!!! I really don't think people are jealous, but it seems that society puts celebrities on a pedestal and society loves to see them fall...

My dear, i call them the "No-Lifes" people so involved with others lives that they end up not having one for themselves. I think that people are so judgemental of others.
When someone unrelated to that person does something stupid, they are completely understanding, however when someone unrelated to them in any shape or form, it's because they're evil or because they are stupid or anyone of a nymber of things that you can say about a person.
I have similar problems, as I am sure that you do as well. We call them "HATERS"
Next time just brush the dirt off your shoulder.

I think the sarcastic comments are meant to show this: People idolize and faun over these people like they are their best friends. In reality they care about celebrities as much as they care about us.
