I am not 'for' or 'against' who people are and, considering I am gay, it would be internalized homophobia to be against who I was.I know that I never made a choice and can't see how anyone can make a choice to engage in sexual activity with a sex that they are not attracted to or interested in romantically or emotionally.I believe that people are born with the predisposition for their sexuality.I also believe that people develop into their sexuality during puberty.The majority develop as heterosexual.But that minority that doesn't and instead develops into homosexuality, did so because that is who they are and not some choice they made like deciding what kind of car to buy.

I am a lesbian and am partnered to an amazing individual. I did not find her until later in life but the signs and the emotional preparation was always there for her. Timing was a key factor. Neither of us are ones to go around broadcasting our lives or screaming over gay rights. We live quiet and peaceful lives. I have varied opinions on homosexuality! Surprised? Yeah...have a conversation with me about this sometime! You'd be surprised what I have to say!

.Homosexuality is a choice, though studies show that homosexuals have different harmone compositions so it can be argued that they are born with it. I an an individual dont have any problems with homosexuals, its their life, their choice and most of us live in free societies. But Ill surely get offended if someone gay approached me for a intimante relationship. If he made a mistook me for a gay and approached me then I am ok and will polietly decline but if somegay knew that I was straight and yet approached me for a relationship or tries to persuade me to be gay Ill surely be very offended. Infact any straigth guy or girl would. So we are ok (We are all humans even gays and lesbians) with them but they need to respect straight people.

I'm for it. You are attracted to who you are attracted to! I think your born to it....
I just wanted to say that if there is anyone on here looking to bash!!! Get over it, if you don't like keep your nose out of it. I have alot of friends and family members that rather be with the same gender, that great with me they seem to have better relationships than some others I know... Love who you want and ki$$ my A** if you don't like it....

For it. Since I'm bisexual, it would be really hypocritical of me to be against homosexuality. I say they're born.

I think some are born with it, and then some develop it. Take Anne Hesch and Ellen, they were a gay couple, and then Ann off and married a man, then had a baby. You figure.

you are born with it.,but many gay peolpe do not want to come out of the closet cuz of society stigma, so many get married and how children.and that is dicieveing everyone.look what is happening with foley and mcgreevy gov.yes, i am for it. you need to except who you are,or you will never be happy.we are all children of god,and he loves us all the same.

lady2 is right. I think it's something you're born with. I'm straight but I'd march in their parade if they had one. They deserve happiness just like everyone else

im for it. most believe they were born with it but i think its on the type of surroundings they grew up in and how they were raised. for male gays i say congratulations theres more women for me and for female lesbians id ask to have a threesome. i know it sounds dumb but its the truth.
