It depends on the kind of people you are dealing with. If you are with open minded people who apreciate other poeople's views on things then you should voice yours out. But if the people around you are always criticising or not open to other people's viewpoints, then I would advise that you keep your opinions to yourself or else be discouraged or disoriented as result of constant criticism.
You should however not act on what others say if you don't think its right.
