What is this Hummaa.com all about?

Some Ex-Yahoo's are involved in this project I heard, can someone throw some light in to this! People are talking about it big time as it is going to be the one stop Music portal in the world. Are they legal?

Yes, it is like the new itunes shop. It is simlar where you can download music onto certain mp3's or ipods.
