Why can USA have nukes but North Korea and Iran can't??

It is because USA always looks at its own interest behind the veils of world interest. While it has now made the "best pal" alley with Pakistan, a rouge and failed nation with no democracy but only dictatorship promoting terrorism and anti-christian sentiments, it would still bully around the world with "so called" clauses like world police-ing. It will not also touch India because it has huge interest hidden in the economics of India and the market India offers to the likes of pepsi and coke..

If it ever so happens that Korea and Iran has something interesting that USA needs or wants to be shared with them, you wont be astonished to see that USA itself is supplying the necessary know-how in nuclear technology to these countries.

I don't know who appointed the U.S.A government as guardian on the whole world ....
They are trying to control and govern the world in the way that serve their interests ,and they do that in the way they think it is right without asking any one in the world about it (they are selfish)..

Well, I'm not American, and my nation does not have nuke power, but even I can see the obvious answer to that!

The Americans have proven themselves, longer than any other nation, over 60 years, that they can be trusted not to use them in war!
... Whereas, these other nations have shown that, in fact, whatever deadly method and weapon they have at their disposal, they will not only use, but use aggressively!
Their language remains aggressive to this day.
