Why of course it helps!Its an emotional reaction.Just like if we laugh,we feel better...so will crying help us relieve everything that we have bottled inside of ourselves.But talking bout my feelings has always helped me and tops crying anyday!!!Give it a try and talk about how you feeling and why and also how you plan to overcome these emotions.All the best and dont cry your eyes out hey!

yes, it has been my experience that crying actually tires the body out, which in turn allows one to relax - thereby relieving the amount of stress

To some extent, but if you think again about what happened, you will cry and become depressed. If you forget, you can move on for the good.

Yes! Tears are LOADED with negative chemicals which once flushed from your body bring on a feeling of greater calm and clarity. If you feel like crying, go ahead! :-)
