You sound like a 90 year old grandfather. Let people do whatever they want, no need to get fed up cos you don't seem as cool.

well u can not generalise what a few people do to the whole country ... it might be true that what u saw u got a hint that they are trying to be american but what might be going on would have been different .... u anyhow wont get the language too right ... see the phenomenon nowadays is that every developing country is somehow being attracted to the western culture basically due to their free ideology ... and they are unable to depict that influence in their movies .... and fof the masses west/modern is synonymus with America .. its not that indians are not proud of their own identity its just that the song u might have seen must be trying to show how american live or something like that ...

i know they would have looked funny ... but in the same way americans would look funny trying do a song and dance thing the indian way ... correct ...

so lets just see the cinemas for their entertainment values ...

plus if u want to know what was actually going on in the video ... just give me the name of the video and i ll explain it to u ... it ll be worth it ... funny or not ...

:) .. cheers

"But what da heck", well I could ask the same about you as a white boy! lol
There is always someone acting like someone they aren't, now isn't there?
And it's "copy cat" NOT "Copy Indians". :)

I think Indians copy becoz a lot of them suffer from INFERIOR complexes which come about as a result of having to live in extended families that impose very strict rules and regulations - almost military in some cases .. and therefore they have never had the chance to let their true identity shine - hence the need to " COPY " to make them feel at par with everyone else .
