They have intoduced 3,000 new criminal offences.
They have put cameras everywhere to follow our every move
They have destroyed the NHS; the Armed forces; the Police; our education system; the Pension system; the countryside; planning laws; the civil service; trust in government.

they surrendered to the IRA and the EU.
they lie with impunity

They pledge a billion pounds to Africa so that the president can become a world statesmen when we have feral children living in OUR cities.

The criminal, the illegal immigrant and the drug users have more rights than the honest hardworking citizens who pay for everything.

We are spied on by our banks, solicitors, accountants, estate agents all of whom risk going to prison if they do not inform on us.

Any thoughts which country it might be ?

No, they are all dying through drinking meths, although easy mistake to make, Somewhere in africa with a despotic leader in charge? 20 years ago if you had told me this was Britain in the future, I would never have believe you, I would have thought you were losing the plot. It's a very,very sad affair that a lot of people who have lived and grew up in the UK no longer recognise it as the UK, it's changed, but not in a good way. I don't recognise the UK anymore, and I've lived here all my life and never left it for 1 second, but if things don't improve soon, I think that too is about to change!

I agree with your statement.

Are most of the answers on here from people trying to give "smart" answers or is everyone just plain stupid - a symptom of the world Kevin describes in his question.

The question states NHS, EU, IRA and refers to pension crisis and drugs in prisons (missed the housing market though) - what other country could he possibly be talking about!!

Well, Kevin, you could be talking about most "Western" countries, aside from France. They operate on a policy of "anything we can sell you for oil". My gut feeling, though, is you are a Brit, Canuck or Aussie. Leaning heavily toward Brit.

By simple process of elimination - has to be Eire you are referring to. Can't be UK because UK a monarchy not a Republic and therefore doesn't have a President. Reference made to EU so has to be in Europe. IRA and EU therefore combination of these two organisations having eliminated UK as a possibility means that can only be Eire.
