if we move our left hand it appears as moving the right hand in mirror but when we move our head down its not appearing as moving our head upwards.why?

Because the mirror reflects whatever is directly in front of it. Your left hand is directly in front of the right side of the mirror. Your head is directly in front of the top of the mirror.

B'coz of the reflection. It gives our reflection. It does the reverse of what we do.
