Keep getting red marks on my colour clothes when it comes out of washing machine it is set at right temp and the machine has been cleaned through don't know why this happens.

its hard to say how that gets in there, sounds like lipstick or a crayon or ink. it might have gotten under the agitator or something.

You may have something stuck in the fillter that is red it could be anything from a sock/pants or crayon. Check the fillter in the machine if clear the best thing to do is run the washing machine one cicle WITHOUT anything in it this may clean it completley and flush out what ever it is.
It could be anything red in wash and even though it may think it does not run it does.
If this does not work I would get the people out if still under the warrent because it could be fault in machine.
I once had clothes that kept getting small holes in them and in the end it turned out to be a faulty drum and was told they had to recall and place new drums in all the modles.

I had this with blue marks (looked like a washed out pen stain). No one could find the cause, and it just went away.

is it a dye? or perhaps scorch marks? If it is the latter turn down the water temp a little and try again

i have the same problem, but my washing machine leaves yellow streaks..cant work out why..what waswhing machine dya have?? x
