I have been to a rehab facility, but I was not the one in there. However, I did meet Angelina Jolie (this was about two years ago). It was at the rehab place Hazelden in Minnesota. She look old.

I have been in physical rehabilitation facilities. Currently an outpatient in physical rehab, staying with a cousin who is also in outpatient physical rehab.
I have never been in a drug or alcohol rehab facility or program.
No, and twice I had my own trapeze.

I'm Canadian,so when I was in rehab 10 yrs ago there were no celebrities there.
