Don't allow yourself to sleep so much. MAKE yourself get up and do things. I have found that the more I sleep the more tired I get. If you sleep a lot it gets easier and easier to sleep even more.

Get into a routine of sleeping and getting up at the same time everyday. Going for a morning walk, or some form of exercise is a good way of walking your self up and make you feel energized. Also eating healthy will help with reducing your drowziness.

You don't give enough information to make a comment here.

If you are pregnant it is very common to need a lot of sleep.
If you have a new baby you are tired from the delivery and being up at night .

Tirdness is your bodys way of telling you need to sleep
