Does it makes sense to buy a higher clock speed RAM module for a lower FSB rated processor (for e.g. a 667Mhz RAM for Intel® Centrino® Duo mobile technology featuring Intel® Core™ Duo
processor T2050 (1.6 GHz, 2MB L2 Cache, 533MHz FSB))?
Also, is it possible to have 2 RAM modules of different ratings on the same laptop? like one 512MB (667Mhz) and another 1Gb (533Mhz) ? How will it affect the system performance?

Yeah I know, I was thinking on the same lines. So why the hell is HP shipping a laptop with a processor of 533MHz FSB and a 512MB 667MHz RAM?
Also, if I add 1 Gig more to it, should I go for 533 or 667 [I'll like 533 as its cheaper] ?
