Football has only just got recognition and people have started taking interest in football in India since the past 4-5 years, so of course it will take time to India to become a force, mebbe 7 years back u r ur frndz didnt even know the rules of the game

maybe one fine day............23rd may,2022( i predicted it)!!!!!!!!!! I WAS JUST JOKING BUT NOW AM SERIOUS!!!!!!!!!! Only bhaichung bhutia will not do.i think we all are too much dependent on him& the other players as well as the people are not concerned! we dont even try &we had made up our mind that INDIA cant make it!!!!!!!!!!!! nothing is impossible!!!!we say that practice makes a man perfect but we dont even have the proper facilities for the players to practice!!!!!!!!!!! We need better players & i think that the selectors have realized it & that's why the selectors are requesting a brazilian player,BARRETO, who is currently in Mohunbagan Club, to take indian citizenship so that he can play for INDIA!! & believe me, one fine day INDIA will make it when the selectors will not do any politics & when we will pay attention towards INDIAN football rather than cricket & international football & when the officials will give money to fund the game nationality rather than putting it in their pocket!!!!!!!!!!!! But it will take time!!!!!!!

U are a very funny person!HAHAHHAHHA!I think i just broke a rib while laughing.....
India can only and only progress in football if Cricket is given a rest.I'm Indian, and yes,i am interested in cricket but its only because of the National interest. But trust me,soon enough,Cricket will face its downfall.Cricket became popular and replaced Hockey(Which shockingly is the national sport ) but by 2020,Football will rule..

The Asian qualifying group is tough and with no money to fund the game natioanlly, its going to be very ,very difficult. Plus, the fact that cricket is so popular means that football is always struggling for any recognition...even in the winter.
