Actors/actresses get locked up for various crimes and it only makes them more money. If you or I got locked up for the same things we would lose our jobs have a hard time getting jobs and trying to live down the shame. So why do we idolize these people?

I have no idea why so many people idolize celebrities and frankly, I think it's ridiculous. At the end of the day, they're just another person.

i don't know...i agree with you and add the fact that so do sports superstars. it is also very frustrating to see a small handful do little to support the troops and still go prancing around like the world revolves around them. i.e. britney spears.

i personally cant stand angelina jolie but at least she is doing something positive...to bad she got hooked up with brad pitt and will evolve likely into some ridiculous scandal to minimize her positive efforts
