well.. it will add a few extra horses.. thats all - it wont be very much faster..and it will help a little with gas.

The more horsepower, or PS, you start with, the better, and you don't say what model, make or engine you have so it's hard to answer this question.
If it's a 4 cylinder with, say 90 PS, a 10% gain is only 9 PS and really won't make much of a difference. A V8 with 300 HP would gain 30. That's an appreciable difference.
A performance exhaust is probably the best way to get your money's worth.

"BOTH" if you got a good quality intake system,the more air you get in to you engine, the more horsepower you gain,the more air you get in, the less fuel you have to push out. do some homework before you get one.if you get a bad one,you just wasted you time and money
