Hi. I am from Singapore and this is what I can tell you:
1) Media Voice is not a registered company in Singapore. You can check this at: https://www.psi.gov.sg/NASApp/tmf/TMFServlet?app=RCB-BIZFILE-BIZCODIR
2) You can't find it in Singapore Yellow Pages either which should have quite an exhaustive company listing: http://www.yellowpages.com.sg
3) A search on the address shows that it is a valid Singaporean address but in a government housing estate: http://www.streetdirectory.com
And btw, the address should be in the format: Blk 602 Ang Mo Kio Ave 5, #06-2653 Singapore 560602
4) Searching "Media Voice" in Yahoo/Google Singapore search index does not yield a company entity.
Conclusion: If you got this contact, it is probably a home grown, unregistered service operated by an individual. Or its totally fake.
