I am searching of the softwares that can be used to see all the desktops of my network. So Please somebody tell me about the softwares and give the list.

Look for a program called RealVNC.

I use Lan search pro and Network searcher, it will find all shared resourced on your lan, but be carefull not to piss your administrator of if he sees lot of traffic coming out of your pc
