ive known her from the start of primary school to year 10 but the promblem is i dont see her that much how do i tell her, what if she doesent like me the way i like her, what do i do

Maybe you could approach her on a friends basis, take her out and see for yourself if she likes you the same or not. If you go wading in there you might be disappointed with the outcome, anyways whats the rush?
If it's meant to be she will respond and you could start a relationship with her but you gotta wait and see first.

It's always hard to admit your feelings. Just remember that in the end, it's worth it. Think about it from her perspective. Wouldn't you rather know if someone liked you rather than staying ignorant? If she feels the same way, then it'll completely make her day. If she doesn't... well, hopefully she'll be reasonable and not get freaked out. As far as I can tell, though, the person being asked totally freaking out happens a lot less frequently than people seem to think.
Try to see if you can find a way to see if she likes you too... maybe ask a friend if they see some hints that you can't see? And then, just go for it... don't be pushy, don't be arrogant, but don't be too timid and act like she's going to say no even before you ask. Girls appreciate a sincere expression of feelings. Don't worry about looking like you're nervous. At least to me, and most girls I know, that's actually kind of good, because it means that you truly mean it.
It's hard, but it's worth it. And in the end, you know you would rather ask her and risk rejection than be regretting what could have been for a long time afterward.

If you need to ask those questions then you are not ready to tell her how you feel. First of all, everyone faces rejection at some point in their lives. This isn't the end of the world. Second, you don't really know this girl that well to tell her anything about your feelings. You need to just ask her if she would like to hang out. Then you will get the chance to know her. So just go to her and tell how deep u love her. If she knows abt u she will accept u. Otherwise try to convince her.
